Overview

Castleray owns and manages real estate throughout North America. We purchase or develop properties in the following sectors:

industrial, manufacturing, and distribution; and
Class B multifamily properties in various metroplexes, such as Chicagoland, Dallas-Fort-Worth and Hampton Roads.

We are a no-drama counter-party with fast underwriting and all-cash transactions. Our investment strategy is long-term, emphasizing a buy and hold strategy focused on value-creation through superior asset management and a commitment to tenant satisfaction.
