Mr. Diawara co-founded Castleray in 2005 and built the business, multiplying capital by over 15x. Charles continues to co-manage the firm. Prior to Castleray, Charles worked for Lazard doing mergers and acquisitions and Bain Consulting advising Fortune 500 companies. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Derek started his career at Accenture. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Arizona and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
