Mr. Diawara co-founded Castleray in 2005 and built the operating and private equity business, multiplying the original capital by over 15x. Charles co-manages the firm's origination, investments, management and financing. Prior to Castleray, Charles worked for Lazard doing mergers and acquisitions and Bain Consulting advising Fortune 500 companies. He obtained his  Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lewis co-founded Castleray in 2005 and built the operating and private equity business, multiplying the original capital by over 15x. Derek co-manages the firm's origination, investments, management and financing. Prior to Castleray, he started and sold a technology company. Derek started his career at Accenture. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Arizona and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Castleray operating companies serve as a limited partner in Castleray investments. Several family money offices, including the founders' family offices, and numerous high-net-worth individuals also serve as limited partners. Castleray also maintains relationships with regional and super-regional banks for as-needed financing.
